What to Expect
Participants in the cohort will explore 24 topics to better understand their individual strengths and weaknesses, learn about gospel renewal, and acquire practical executive leadership and management skills essential for becoming a thriving pastor who leads a successful 21st-century church.
Throughout this journey, each participant will meet with their coach for encouragement and accountability, helping them apply what they are learning. The Anágo Partners cohort is specifically designed to teach you aspects of church leadership that seminary may not have covered. Join us for our next cohort, and let's elevate your leadership together!
What's the Curriculum like?
Our training model focuses on gathering church leaders based on proximity to join city-based cohorts that meet in person and receive one-on-one coaching from their cohort facilitator. Additionally, each cohort includes a pre- and post-assessment to track personal and professional progress.
