The Emerald City
Welcome to the Seattle Cohort
Nestled between the sparkling waters of Puget Sound and the majestic peaks of the Cascade and Olympic Mountains, Seattle, also known as the Emerald City, is a vibrant metropolis brimming with culture, innovation, and natural beauty. Seattle offers a captivating blend of urban excitement and serene landscapes. With a thriving tech industry, a world-renowned music scene, and a rich maritime history, this city is a melting pot of creativity and diversity. Whether you’re exploring the lush green parks, indulging in artisanal cuisine, or embarking on a scenic ferry ride across the sound, Seattle never fails to enchant visitors with its unique charm and boundless opportunities for adventure.
What to Expect
Members of the Seattle cohort will spend 15 months deep diving into understanding individual strengths and weaknesses, learning gospel renewal, and learning practical executive leadership and management skills required to become a flourishing pastor who leads a flourishing, 21st-century church.
While on this journey, each participant will meet twice a month with their coach for encouragement and accountability to help apply what they are learning. The Anágo Partners Seattle cohort is designed to teach you things about leading a church that seminary didn’t prepare you for.
You can RSVP to experience a taste of the Seattle cohort at no cost and no commitment. We’ll spend the afternoon providing an overview of the topics we cover during the cohort experience, and we’ll answer any questions you may have. You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with other pastors who are seeking to upskill with us.

What’s the Curriculum like?
Our training model focuses on gathering church leaders, based on proximity, to join city-based cohorts that meet in person each month and one-on-one coaching in between with their cohort facilitator. Additionally, each cohort includes a pre and post-assessment to track personal and professional progress. Cohort workshops break for two months in the summer and December.
