VP of Church Health

With almost two decades of ministry experience, Stephen has spent the last 18 years serving on pastoral teams, including leading a rural church in Western New York from 2008 to 2020 through a Gospel-centered renewal marked by real growth and transformation. Under his leadership, the church became a healthy, life-giving, community-engaged body of believers shaped by both grace and truth.

In addition to his local church leadership, Stephen has served on the Senior Directors team at Grace Church in Erie, PA (a large multi-site congregation), where he continues to serve on the Pastoral Staff, providing strategic leadership around expansion.

Stephen specializes in church renewal and revitalization, with a particular focus on strategic development; designing clear systems, sustainable processes, and practical tools that strengthen pastors and leadership teams. Grounded in grace and truth, his approach bridges theological depth with actionable strategy, equipping churches not just to grow, but to function with clarity, health, and long-term sustainability.
