Culture of Honorsupported by an Environment of Grace
Mark 9:35 and Romans 12:10 shape how we lead: if anyone would be first, he must be last of all. We go ahead of others in humility and honor, and we build rooms where people feel safe inwardly and outwardly — respectful, forgiving, extending the grace we have received.
Shepherds, not simply Consultants
A report can diagnose a church; only presence can change one. We stay after the assessment, walking with leaders through the hard middle of implementation and carrying part of the load. We are shepherds first, and our counsel grows out of that care.
Trusting Prayer
We do not make a plan and then add prayer to it. Every assessment, conversation, and recommendation is held within Philippians 4:6–7 — requests made known with thanksgiving, anxiety answered with peace. It keeps us dependent rather than impressive.
Mining Potential
Every person carries a divine design — gifts, temperament, history, calling — that the Church needs and that seldom unfolds unaided. We help leaders see it honestly and coach them into it, inwardly and outwardly, until the capacity they were given is actually in use.
Pastors
We Specialize in Cohorts for Pastors
Our 15-month Leadership Cohorts address 24 of the most important topics pastors face in their roles. Our program begins and ends with data-driven insights from assessments that heighten self-awareness and track personal and professional growth. Monthly workshops allow for dynamic discussion, encouragement, and community. Between workshops, each participant receives two 1-to-1 executive coaching sessions that blend counseling, mentoring, consulting, and coaching.

Our Church Health Assessment leverages congregational surveys, hundreds of data points from vast research, personal interviews, and onsite visits, paired with a detailed report to the church's leadership, a strategic planning process facilitated by our assessors, 12 months of coaching, and our team of experts guiding implementation toward church health.
