What to Expect
Participants in the cohort will explore 24 topics to better understand their individual strengths and weaknesses, learn about gospel renewal, and acquire practical executive leadership and management skills essential for becoming a thriving pastor who leads a successful 21st-century church.
Throughout this journey, each participant will meet with their coach for encouragement and accountability, helping them apply what they are learning. The Anágo Partners cohort is specifically designed to teach you aspects of church leadership that seminary may not have covered. Pacific Northwest Cohort

What’s the Curriculum like?
Our training model focuses on gathering church leaders based on proximity to join city-based cohorts that meet in person and receive one-on-one coaching from their cohort facilitator. Additionally, each cohort includes a pre- and post-assessment to track personal and professional progress.

Pacific Northwest Facilitator and Coach
Michael Kelly
Mike is the Executive Director and Founder of the Northwest Church Planting Network in Seattle. After 19 years as Senior Pastor of Green Lake Presbyterian Church, he transitioned to full-time Network leadership with his wife, Sandy, who leads Family Care and Ministry Operations. At that time, he became Associate Pastor to Rev. David Richmon, whom he had mentored and hired as his associate. Later, Green Lake changed its name to Trinity Church Seattle after moving to a new building in a different neighborhood. The Network ministry includes planter assessment, coaching, pastoral care, training, project oversight, fundraising, and strategic planning. Before arriving in Seattle, Mike and Sandy planted New Life Presbyterian Church in Yorktown, Indiana, after graduating from Covenant Seminary in 1991. Mike has also served as a West Coast liaison with City to City North America, the PCA's Mission to North America, and Covenant Seminary. The Kellys have been married for 34 years. They have three children and four grandchildren.
