From 2008 to 2020, Stephen served as a pastor of a rural church in upstate New York, guiding it through a renewal journey. Under his leadership, the church experienced remarkable growth, transforming into a healthy Gospel-centered community.

Stephen specializes in church renewal and revitalization and pulls from 20 years of ministry experience and an unwavering commitment to seeing churches flourish.
