    Bob Cargo earned his BA from Samford University and his MDiv from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, bringing theological grounding to pastoral leadership development.
    Lived pastoral experience
    Terry Gyger brought 40 years of church planting experience to the founding of Anágo. Our team includes church planters, pastoral coaches, and practitioners in church renewal.
    A shared coaching methodology
    Anágo coaches are trained in a common approach integrating executive coaching, pastoral wisdom, organizational health, leadership development, and spiritual formation.
