We pair you with a coach whose ministry background, temperament, and experience fit your season — not simply whoever is available.

A shared focus
Together you name two or three areas of formation and leadership that will shape the work: clarity, health, team, decision-making, rhythms.

A steady rhythm
Regular one-to-one sessions, typically twice a month, held virtually with in-person time where it makes sense. Conversations are confidential.

Every few months you step back with your coach to name progress, adjust the focus, and keep the work tied to real fruit.

Our coaching methodology is the same whether you meet a coach inside a cohort, at the end of a church health engagement, or on your own. Executive coaching can stand alone, or it can extend the work you have already begun with us.

Before you begin.
How often do coaching sessions happen?
Most pastors meet with their coach twice a month for about an hour, with email or phone access in between. The rhythm is set with your coach and can flex through demanding seasons.
How are coaches matched with pastors?
After a discovery conversation we consider your context, church size, season of ministry, and the kind of help you are looking for, then recommend a coach whose experience fits. If the fit is not right, we will find a better one.
Is coaching only for senior pastors?
No. Senior and lead pastors make up most of our coaching relationships, but we also coach executive pastors, associate staff, church planters, and ministry leaders in denominational roles.
How is this different from counseling or therapy?
Our coaches provide experienced pastoral care rooted in Scripture, prayer, and wise counsel — not clinical therapy. When issues exceed our expertise, we say so and refer to licensed counselors or other qualified professionals.
Is what I say confidential?
Yes. Coaching conversations are confidential. Coaches do not report to your board, your denomination, or your staff.
