Welcome to the Tulsa Cohort
It is the principal municipality of the Tulsa metropolitan area, a region with 1,023,988 residents. The city serves as the county seat of Tulsa County, the most densely populated county in Oklahoma, with urban development extending into Osage, Rogers and Wagoner counties.
What to Expect
Participants in the cohort will explore 24 topics to better understand their individual strengths and weaknesses, learn about gospel renewal, and acquire practical executive leadership and management skills essential for becoming a thriving pastor who leads a successful 21st-century church.
Throughout this journey, each participant will meet with their coach for encouragement and accountability, helping them apply what they are learning. The Anágo Partners cohort is specifically designed to teach you aspects of church leadership that seminary may not have covered. What’s the Curriculum like?
Our training model focuses on gathering church leaders based on proximity to join city-based cohorts that meet in person and receive one-on-one coaching from their cohort facilitator. Additionally, each cohort includes a pre- and post-assessment to track personal and professional progress.

Tulsa Facilitator and Coach
Steve Harden
Steve started his career as a farmer and Bi-Vocational pastor of a small Baptist Church in northern Oklahoma. Since then, he has served as lead pastor, church planter, COO, and Leadership Coach. He is an ordained Southern Baptist Pastor and is also licensed in the PCA. Steve holds degrees in Engineering Technology, Human Resources, and Biblical Studies and several certifications.
