Welcome to the Houston Cohort
Houston, the largest city in Texas and the fourth-largest in the United States, is a vibrant metropolis known for its diversity, economic prowess, and cultural richness. As a global city, Houston boasts a dynamic economy driven by industries such as energy, aerospace, healthcare, and technology. The city’s diverse population, which includes a significant number of international residents, enriches its cultural landscape, evidenced by a plethora of world-class museums, theaters, and culinary offerings. With its bustling urban center, sprawling parks, and proximity to the Gulf of Mexico, Houston offers a unique blend of urban sophistication and natural beauty, making it a compelling destination for residents and visitors alike.
What to Expect
Members of the Houston cohort will spend 15 months deep diving into understanding individual strengths and weaknesses, learning gospel renewal, and learning practical executive leadership and management skills required to become a flourishing pastor who leads a flourishing, 21st-century church.
While on this journey, each participant will meet twice a month with their coach for encouragement and accountability to help apply what they are learning. The Anágo Partners Houston cohort is designed to teach you things about leading a church that seminary didn’t prepare you for.
You can RSVP to experience a taste of the Houston cohort at no cost and no commitment. We’ll spend the afternoon providing an overview of the topics we cover during the cohort experience, and we’ll answer any questions you may have. You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with other pastors who are seeking to upskill with us.
